im Vermessungs- und Flurneuordnungsamt, zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit mind. 50 %, am Dienstort Ravensburg.

Das Vermessungs- und Flurneuordnungsamt ist für das Liegenschaftskataster und für die Durchführung von Flurneuordnungsverfahren zuständig. Mit modernster Messtechnik bearbeitet unser Team vielfältige und spannende Vermessungsdienstleistungen.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns 

  • Übernahme beigebrachter Vermessungsschriften in das Liegenschaftskataster
  • Digitalisierung von Bodenschätzungsergebnissen und Liegenschaftskatasterakten
  • Arbeiten zur kontinuierlichen Steigerung der Qualität des Liegenschaftskatasters
  • Nachrichtliche Übernahme von Eigentümerangaben aus dem Grundbuch
  • Überwachung und Mahnung des Vollzugs der Fortführungsnachweise durch das Grundbuchamt

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Vermessungstechniker/in
  • Sie haben gute EDV-Kenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit Graphikprogrammen
  • Sie sind team- und kooperationsfähig
  • Sie sind entscheidungsfähig und ergebnisorientiert
  • Sie verfügen über eine wirtschaftliche und nachhaltige Arbeitsweise
