Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Dessau suchen wir engagierte und serviceorientierte Countermitarbeiter / Vermietassistenz (m/w/d) auf Minijob Basis.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Persönliche und telefonische Beratung sowie Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Erstellung von Mietverträgen und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
  • Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Mietfahrzeugen
  • Sicherstellung eines optimalen Kundenservices
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten rund um die Fahrzeugvermietung

Du erhältst eine umfangreiche Einarbeitung und lernst zu Beginn alles, was du zum Durchstarten benötigst.

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung Begeisterung für Autos & Mobilität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
