Die Trigon Unternehmensgruppe ist ein seit über sechs Jahrzehnten etabliertes Berliner Immobilienunternehmen mit dem Fokus auf die Entwicklung, Verwaltung und Vermietung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien.

## Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Vermietung von Wohnimmobilien, Gewerbe sowie Stellplätzen im Bestandsportfolio
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vermietungsstrategien zur Leerstandsreduzierung
  • Steuerung des gesamten Vermietungsprozesses
  • Vorbereitung und Verhandlung von Mietverträgen in Abstimmung mit Geschäftsführung sowie Rechts- und Technikabteilung
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Reportings sowie Datenpflege
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Pflege und Ausbau des Netzwerks zu Mietern, Maklern und Geschäftspartnern
  • Organisation von Übergaben und Abnahmen

## Qualifikation

  • Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich (z. B. Immobilienkaufmann/-frau), Studium mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft, Immobilienmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gewerbevermietung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Mietverwaltung und wohnungswirtschaftlichen Abläufen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
