Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Kunden in 71691 Freiberg am Neckar einen Verpacker (m/w/d) mit Stellvertretender Führungsposition in der Metzgerei (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verpackung: Fleisch- und Wurstwaren werden in geeignete Verpackungen (wie Metzgerfaltenbeutel, Vakuumbeutel, Siegelrandbeutel) verpackt, um sie vor äußeren Einflüssen und Kontamination zu schützen und die Frischhaltung zu gewährleisten
  • Hygiene: Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP und Sicherstellung der Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
  • Produktvorbereitung: Vorbereiten der Produkte für die Verpackung, z.B. Wiegen und Etikettieren
  • Zusätzliche Aufgaben: Palettieren von Kartons, die Bereitstellung von Verpackungsmaterialien oder die Durchführung von Sichtkontrollen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung im Bereich Verpacken von Lebensmittel
  • Führungskraft: Bereits erste Erfahrungen von Vorteil
  • Sprache: Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
