  • In unserer Firma sind derzeit 20 Mittarbeiter beschäftigt, davon 2 Bürokräfte und der Rest Bauhandwerker.
  • Unser Anliegen ist es mit gut ausgebildeten und langfristig angestellten Mittarbeitern zu arbeiten.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Einstieg

  • Verputzer, Maurer und Poliere (m/w/d)
  • mit Interesse an einem langfristigen Arbeitsverhältnis
  • (praktische Erfahrung und Motivation sind uns wichtiger, als nachweisbare Ausbildungen)

Unsere Baustellen befinden sich im Umkreis von ca. 50km im Tagespendlerbereich.

  • Arbeitszeit:
  • Beginn ab 7:00 an der Baustelle oder 6:30 an der Firma

Das erwartet Sie:

  • super Betriebsklima
  • Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten (die Leistung zählt, nicht die Ausbildung)
  • Arbeitskleidung wird gestellt (über Sicherheitskleidung hinaus)
  • Vergütung nach Tarif
  • fester Arbeitszeitrahmen
  • umfangreiche und abwechslungsreiche Arbeit mit z.T. sehr alten Verarbeitungstechniken (viel im Denkmalbereich)
  • sonstige Zulagen je nach Betriebszugehörigkeit
