  • Hierfür brauche ich Fachkräfte, die wissen was sie tun und selbständig die Arbeiten durch führen.

  • Du bist Tischler oder Zimmermann?
  • Du schaffst es morgens nicht nur ein Tag in der Woche pünktlich zur Arbeit
  • Du hast nicht nach 2 Tagen Rücken, flotten Otto oder sonstige ausreden parat
  • Du schaffst es den Tag ohne Handy und Tik Tok
  • Du bist Tageslicht tauglich und man kann dich auf Kunden loslassen
  • Du schaffst es selbständig deine Arbeiten durch zuführen ohne Youtube oder andere Hilfe
  • Du besitzt ein Führerschein, nicht nur für ein Bobycar.
  • Bist teamfähig und kannst Sarkasmus ab und austeilen.
  • Du Worklife Balance nicht leiden kannst und weißt wofür du jeden Tag aufstehst.
  • Ich bezahle übertariflich und dafür verlange ich auch was.
  • Ich brauche Handwerker/ innen die Biss haben und ihren Kopf nutzen.
