Die Printsyndikat GmbH ist seit 2012 ein inhabergeführtes Unternehmen im Bereich Digitaldruck. Wir produzieren hochwertige Produkte für die Textilveredelungsbranche, insbesondere DTF-Drucke, sowie für den Werbetechnik-Markt. Der Vertrieb unserer Produkte erfolgt über unsere eigenen E-Commerce-Plattformen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen zuverlässigen und motivierten \*\*Versandmitarbeiter (m/w/d)\*\* in Vollzeit.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unsere Produktions- und Versandabläufe.
  • Du führst optische Kontrollen und Qualitätskontrollen unserer Produkte durch.
  • Du verpackst fertige Produkte sorgfältig und versandfertig.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kundenbestellungen pünktlich und zuverlässig unser Haus verlassen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Produktion, Versand und Lager zusammen.

## Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfahrung im Versand, Lager oder in der Produktion ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Auch als Quereinsteiger bist Du bei uns herzlich willkommen.
  • Du bist zuverlässig, motiviert und arbeitest gerne im Team.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, eigenständig und effizient.
  • Du bist belastbar, flexibel und hast Lust, dazuzulernen.

## Das bieten wir Dir

  • Ca. 3.100 € brutto monatlich bei Vollzeit
  • Zusammengesetzt aus ca. 2.700 € Grundlohn + 400 € Schichtzulage
  • Grundlage: 15,70 € brutto Stundenlohn bei durchschnittlich 174 Stunden pro Monat
  • Das entspricht insgesamt ca. 17,80 € brutto pro Stunde inklusive Schichtzulage
  • Ein langfristiges Arbeitsverhältnis in einem wachsenden Unternehmen
  • Keine Wochenendarbeit

## Deine Arbeitszeiten

Du arbeitest im Früh- und Spätschichtsystem:

  • Frühschicht: 6:00 Uhr bis 14:45 Uhr
  • Spätschicht: 13:15 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr

Wochenendarbeit gibt es bei uns nicht.
