  • Durchführung versandrelevanter Buchungen und Pflege der Daten im ERP-System
  • Verwaltung von Werkprüfzeugnissen, Kundenleergut und Kundenverpackungen
  • Wareneingangsbearbeitung
  • Abstimmung mit Produktion, Auftragsmanagement, Vertrieb, Qualitätssicherung und Einkauf
  • Einhaltung der geltenden Versand-, Zoll-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Industriekaufmann oder Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Versand, in der Logistik oder in der Exportabwicklung
  • Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Liefer- und Versanddokumenten
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Zoll- und Exportabwicklung sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-, Versand- oder Zollsoftware ist wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
