Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Betreuung von Privat- und Firmenkunden in Finanz- und Versicherungsfragen
  • Aktive Kundengewinnung und Vertrieb unserer Finanz- und Versicherungsprodukte
  • Bedarfsermittlung, Angebotserstellung und Vertragsabschlüsse
  • Pflege von Kundendaten und Vorbereitung von Unterlagen
  • Kommunikation mit Versicherungen und Finanzpartnern

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss – auch Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) sind herzlich willkommen
  • Interesse an Finanz- und Versicherungsthemen sowie Lernbereitschaft
  • Vertriebs- und Beratungstalent mit Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
