Anforderungen

Persönliche Voraussetzungen

  • Freude am Verkauf und Interesse daran, Neues zu erlernen
  • Offene und wertschätzende Kommunikation
  • Zielstrebigkeit sowie hohe Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Durchhaltevermögen und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Fachliche Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HTL, o.Ä.) wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

Vergütung

Diese Position unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte des Außendienstes der Versicherungsunternehmen.

Für eine 40-Stunden-Woche beträgt das Einstiegsgehalt € 2.500 brutto/Monat (Fixum) im ersten Jahr plus Provisionen.
