IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Abwicklung täglicher KundInnen- und VersichererInnen-Korrespondenzen im KFZ- und Sachbereich
  • KundInnenbetreuung im Frontoffice
  • KundInnenbeziehungen pflegen
  • Erfassen und Bearbeiten von Anfragen und Aufträgen
  • Angebotserstellung
  • Vertragskontrollen sowie Risikoanlayse
  • Ausarbeitung und Aufbereitung der Verkaufsunterlagen/ Terminvorbereitungen
  • Datenpflege

IHR PROFIL:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HAK, Lehre etc.) mit Praxis aus dem Versicherungs- oder Bankenbereich
  • Serviceorientierung
  • sehr organisierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative
  • sehr genaues und konzentriertes Arbeiten
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office und Outlook
  • Zahlenverständnis
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Kontaktfreude
