Die mosaik GmbH ist ein modernes Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen mit Sitz in Leverkusen. Schwerpunktmäßig bieten wir unsere Dienstleistungen als Immobilien- und Finanzmakler sowie als Versicherungsmakler im Großraum Düsseldorf, Köln, Leverkusen und im Rhein-Kreis-Neuss an.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Versicherungskaufmann /-frau (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit für unser Unternehmen.

Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung unserer Kunden über den Vertragsabschluss hinaus
  • Aufnahme von Schäden und Schadensabwicklung mit der Versicherung
  • Korrespondenz mit unseren diversen Versicherungspartnern
  • Bedarfsorientierte Kundenberatung im Bereich Sach- und Lebengeschäft mit Angebotserstellung

Bei Eignung und Interesse ist eine Erweiterung des Aufgabengebietes möglich.

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Kaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) für Versicherungen oder
  • Versicherungsfachmann/-frau (m/w/d)

ODER

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsbereich und Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt
  • Service- und Erfolgsorientierung
  • IT-Kenntnisse im Bereiche MS-Office und Outlook
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse – sowohl mündlich, als auch schriftlich.
