Ihr Profil:

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B2 ,
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse, z. B. Russisch, Ukrainisch oder Englisch von Vorteil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Weiterbildung, Umschulung oder ein Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Versicherung, Finanzwesen oder angrenzenden Bereichen – Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Wünschenswert aber kein Muss, ist der Besitz der Sachkundenachweise Versicherungsfachmann/-frau nach §34d GewO und Finanzanlagenvermittler:in nach §34f GewO
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Betreuung von Privat- und Geschäftskunden zu Versicherungs- und Vorsorgethemen
  • Analyse individueller Kundenbedürfnisse und Erstellung passender Versicherungslösungen
  • Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Neukundengewinnung
