Fashion In – der regionale Modefilialist – sucht Verstärkung für das Team in Mittweida mit Vertretungen in Döbeln. Gesucht wird jemand, der Mode liebt, Menschen begeistert und Lust hat, sowohl im Store als auch im Social-Media-Bereich kreativ mitzuwirken.

Du hast ein Auge für den perfekten Look, berätst gern Kundinnen und möchtest Shopping zu einem echten Erlebnis machen? Dann bist Du bei Fashion In genau richtig!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung & Verkauf : Typgerechte Stylingberatung, aktive Kundenansprache sowie Verkauf und Zusatzverkauf – Du sorgst dafür, dass sich die Kund:innen rundum wohlfühlen.
  • Warenpräsentation & Organisation : Präsentation der Mode und Accessoires, Warenannahme sowie Pflege und Ordnung im Store – für ein ansprechendes Einkaufserlebnis.
  • Social Media & Content : Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Inhalten für Instagram & Co., z. B. Outfit-Posts, Storys oder kurze Videos. Du bringst Ideen ein, setzt Trends mit um und präsentierst die Kollektionen authentisch.
  • Kasse & Abläufe : Kassentätigkeiten sowie kleinere organisatorische Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder Quereinstieg (z. B. Gastronomie) – Hauptsache, Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Begeisterung für Mode, Styling und aktuelle Trends
  • Freude am Verkauf und an persönlicher Beratung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Verkauf
  • Interesse an Social Media und ein Gespür für ansprechende Inhalte
  • Flexibilität innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten (Mo–Fr, 9–18 Uhr, Sa 9-12 Uhr)
