Wir suchen eine engagierte und erfahrene Kraft für die Anmeldung in unserer Praxis für Nuklearmedizin. Die Stelle ist in Teilzeit ausgeschrieben und bietet die Möglichkeit, Ihre Fähigkeiten im medizinischen Bereich einzubringen.

Aufgaben und Anforderungen

  • Alle Tätigkeiten einer Empfangskraft/Anmeldekraft in einer Arztpraxis übernehmen
  • Patienten freundlich und kompetent begrüßen sowie betreuen
  • Terminverwaltung und -koordination
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz
  • Abrechnung und Verwaltung von Patientendaten

Arbeitszeit und Rahmenbedingungen

  • Die Arbeitszeit ist täglich von 08:00 Uhr bis 12:00 Uhr (Montag bis Donnerstag)
  • Freitags ist die Praxis geschlossen

Bewerberprofil

  • Erfahrung in einer Arztpraxis oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Freundlichkeit, Organisationsfähigkeit und Diskretion sind wesentliche Eigenschaften
