Wir, das Autohaus Thode in Schafstedt suchen für unseren Betrieb in Schafstedt zur Verstärkung ab sofort eine/n Serviceassistentin/Serviceassistenten (m/w/d)

Zu Ihren Aufgabe gehören:

  • Telefon- und Kundenannahme
  • Terminvereinbarung und Auftragserstellung
  • Fahrzeugannahme und Rückgabe an unsere Kunden
  • Kundenberatung und Kundenbetreuung, dazu zählt das genaue Erfassen der Kundenanliegen und Beanstandungen
  • Rechnungs- und Angebotserstellung individuell in Absprache mit den Kollegen

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen sollten:

  • allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse
  • fachliche Kompetenz für die oben genannten Aufgabenbereiche
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten, sowie ein guter Dialog und Umgang mit unseren Kunden
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, sowie Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Lernbereitschaft und offen für Neues
  • Führerschein
