  • Planung, Vorbereitung, Leitung und Dokumentation von Entwicklungsversuchen
  • Serienprüfungen für Waffen, Munition und diverser ziviler Produkte
  • Verantwortliche Leitung der Versuche als Fachvorgesetzter (m/w/d) eines Teams im Bereich Messtechnik, Beschuss und Werkstatt
  • Aus- und Bewertung der Versuchsdaten bezüglich der Kundenforderungen
  • Koordination mit internen Erprobungsteams und externen/ internen Kunden (m/w/d)
  • Qualitätslenkung der Produkte während der Entwicklung
  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (Master, Bachelor, Dipl-Ing) oder Techniker (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung
  • Vorkenntnisse im Umgang oder Erprobung von Waffen und/oder Munition von Vorteil
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Interesse an einem Arbeitsalltag mit einem ausgewogenem Verhältnis zwischen Bürotätigkeiten und Aktivitäten auf dem Erprobungsgelände
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
