Bereichsleitung Bau und Erhalt (m/w/d)

Eine bundesweit tätige Gesellschaft im öffentlichen Infrastrukturbau sucht eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für die Leitung des Bereichs Bau und Erhalt an einem der zentralen südwestdeutschen Standorte. Die Rolle verantwortet die Steuerung aller Bau- und Erhaltungsmaßnahmen im regionalen Zuständigkeitsgebiet und leistet einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Werterhaltung und Zukunftssicherung der Verkehrsinfrastruktur.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Strategische und operative Leitung des Geschäftsbereichs Bau und Erhalt
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Steuerung der regionalen Bau- und Erhaltungsprogramme
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung von ca. 20–30 Mitarbeitenden, inkl. mehrerer Teamleitungen
  • Steuerung von Bauprojekten im Brücken-, Strecken- und Ingenieurbau
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Budgets
  • Kooperation mit internen Fachabteilungen, Ingenieurbüros, Auftragnehmern und öffentlichen Partnern
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Projektmanagementstrukturen

Ihr Profil

  • Studium des Bauingenieurwesens (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor, Master) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Infrastrukturbau (Brücken- und Straßenbau)
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in Planung, Bauleitung und Projektmanagement
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische und organisatorische Zusammenhänge zu steuern
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Gestaltungswille

Rahmenbedingungen

  • Unbefristete Führungsposition in einer bundesweiten Infrastrukturorganisation
  • Tarifgebundene Vergütung (ab. 74.000 – 104.000 € p. a. je nach Erfahrung) plus Jahresbonus
  • 30 + 1 Tage Urlaub, 39-Stunden-Woche, betriebliche Altersvorsorge
