Wir sind Ihr zuverlässiger und erfahrener Elektrotechnik-Partner in Mörfelden-Walldorf für alle Leistungen rund um die Elektroinstallation in privaten und gewerblichen Objekten nahezu jeder Größenordnung. Unser Elektromeisterbetrieb befindet sich im Herzen des Rhein Main Gebietes, wenige Autominuten von Frankfurt, Darmstadt und Offenbach sowie dem Frankfurter Flughafen entfernt. Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

Vertriebassistenz Telefonistin (m/w/d)

Wir greifen auf langjährige Partner und etablierte Netzwerke sowie ein kompetentes Team zurück.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Eigenständige Recherche potenzieller Geschäftspartner und Erstansprache (kalt/warm) per Telefon, E-Mail oder über Business-Netzwerke
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zu potenziellen Partnern
  • Vereinbarung von Präsentationsterminen für den Außendienst bzw. die Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise im Vertrieb, Kundenservice oder Büromanagement)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Telefonistin, Vertriebsassistenz oder im Kundenservice von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus)
  • Freundliches, sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten am Telefon
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
