Als langjähriges mittelständisches Unternehmen bieten wir für unsere Kunden und Händler aus der KFZ-Branche alle nötige Technik und erforderliches Know-How aus einer Hand:

von der Werkstattplanung und Ausrüstung (z.B. Prüf-, Hebe-, Räder-, Absaug- und Lufttechnik, Achsvermessung) bis zu Werkstattmöbel und der Werkstattreinigung.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Vertriebs- und Außendienst-Teams suchen wir eine/n kaufmännische/n Mitarbeiter/in als

Vertriebs - Assistenz (m/w/d) - KEINE Akquise! 

Was die Stelle beinhaltet: 

  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs-Teams bei der Planung und Durchführung von Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Ausarbeitung von Angeboten nach Vorgabe der Vertriebsverantwortlichen
  • Klärungen mit Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung Vertrieb und Service Innendienst im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei Events
  • Erstellung von Projektunterlagen
  • Erstellung von Bestätigungen und Rechnungen

Was Sie mitbringen: 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Beruf Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar
  • Kenntnis im Handel/Vertrieb
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Händlern
  • Gute MS-Office- und ERP-Kenntnisse
  • Diskretion
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
