### Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Fokus: Neukundenakquise und Bestandskundenbetreuung sowie Aufbau stabiler Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Fach- und Produktspezifische Kundenberatung – Telefonisch, in der Werkstatt oder auf der Baustelle.
  • Verkauf von Bautenlacken, Farben, Malerbedarf, Zubehör, Bodenbelägen, Tapeten, Werkzeugen, Maschinen, u.v.m.
  • Ausbau und Entwicklung des Kundenstamms im zuständigen Verkaufsgebiet mit eigenständiger Tourenplanung

### Voraussetzungen/­Qualifikation

  • Mind. abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Malerhandwerk – idealerweise Meistertitel / Techniker
  • Vertriebsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
