Die Slomo GmbH ist ein bundesweit tätiger Personaldienstleister mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung und Personalvermittlung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Oberhausen suchen wir einen engagierten Vertriebs- und Personaldisponenten (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der den Recruiting- und Vertriebsprozess betreut. Wir freuen uns über Bewerbungen von erfahrenen Branchenkennern!

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Neukundenakquise sowie Ausbau und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden in allen Personalfragen
  • Rekrutierung, Auswahl und Betreuung von gewerblich-technischen sowie kaufmännischen Mitarbeitern
  • Führen von Bewerbungs- und Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitnehmerüberlassungs- und Arbeitsverträgen
  • Disposition und Einsatzplanung unserer Mitarbeiter
  • Betreuung der externen Mitarbeiter während des gesamten Einsatzes
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeiter- und Kundenbesuchen
  • Preisverhandlungen sowie Angebots- und Vertragsgestaltung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Jobcentern und weiteren Netzwerkpartnern
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung gewünscht
  • Erfahrung im 360°-Recruiting
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Vertriebsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
