Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Präsentation und Verkauf unserer Produkte vor Ort oder digital
  • Durchführung von Installationen, Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen und Reparaturen
  • Schulung von Kunden zur Bedienung und Pflege der Geräte
  • Mitarbeit bei Messen und Produktvorführungen
  • Dokumentation von Serviceeinsätzen und Kundenkontakten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechatroniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im technischen Außendienst oder im Vertrieb wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Geräten und deren Fehlerdiagnose
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen von Kundeneinsätzen (regional)
  • Führerschein Klasse B
