Zu Deinem zukünftigen Verantwortungsbereich gehören:

  • Stammdatenpflege in Excel (Verknüpfen von Listen, Kalkulationen, ...) als Vorbereitung fürs ERP System
  • Lieferurgenzen und Reklamationsmanagement
  • Retourenabwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei der Angebotsannahme und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kunden- als auch Lieferantenkontakt
  • Office Management wie z. B. Ablage, Terminvereinbarung

Was bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. HASCH, HAK) oder Lehrabschluss wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich wünschenswert
  • Sehr genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Versierter Umgang mit Excel (z.B. Formeln, ...)
