Wir suchen zum alsbaldigen Termin eine/n Vertriebsassistent/in (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen.
  • Kundenstammpflege und Terminierung.
  • Korrespondenz.
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Berufsaus- oder Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich
  • Berufliche Erfahrungen aus dem Immobilienbereich (gerne > 12 Monate)
  • Erfahrungen in einem Immobilienmaklerbüro
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office-Programmen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift.
  • Angenehme, professionelle Telefonkommunikation.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
