Montag bis Donnerstag von 08:00 Uhr bis 12:00 Uhr oder von 12:30 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr im wöchentlichen Wechsel, in Ausnahmefällen auch Freitags max. bis 14:00 Uhr

Montag bis Donnerstag von 08:00 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr (davon nur 2 definierte Wochentage), in Ausnahmefällen auch Freitags max. bis 14:00 Uhr

Aufgabengebiete:

  • Kontaktperson für Außendienst und alle Handelsagenturen
  • Abwicklung des kompletten Schriftverkehrs mit Kunden, Handelsagenturen und allen Personen des jeweiligen Zuständigkeitsbereichs in der Wiesbauer-Zentrale in Wien
  • Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Rundschreiben an Außendienst bzw. Handelsagenturen über Verkaufsinformationen
  • Entnahme von Daten (Konditionen, Preise, Lieferscheine, Rechnungen, …) aus dem internen Warenwirtschafts-System für weitere Bearbeitungen
  • Terminüberwachung von offenen Vorgängen
  • Vorbereitung von Gesprächsunterlagen für den Nationalen Verkaufsleiter Deutschland
  • Aufbereitung von Umsatzzahlen für bestimmte Kunden
  • Bearbeitung diverser Endverbraucheranfragen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verkaufsleitung Deutschland, Exportleitung, Marketingleitung, Auftragserfassungsbüro und Buchhaltung
