Als Vertriebsassistenz bei M&S hältst du deinem Vertriebsteam den Rücken frei, erstellst Angebote und Präsentationen und bist erste Ansprechperson für kaufmännische und technische Kundenanfragen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Reports und weiteren vertriebsrelevanten Unterlagen
  • Möglichst eigenverantwortliche Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung
  • Beobachtung, Kontrolle von Abrufaufträgen und ggf. weitere Absprachen mit dem Kunden
  • Vermittlung von Terminänderungen an Kunden
  • Informationsgewinnung und Analyse zu Neukunden (Google, Vertriebsteam Telefon)
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden in technischen und kaufmännischen Belangen
  • Datenpflegearbeiten in INFRA (Preislisten, Ansprechpartner, Kundenanlage, allg. Informationen)
  • Auftrags- und Datenerfassung in INFRA
  • Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
  • Einhaltung der Betriebsvereinbarung „Verhalten im Betrieb“ (Handynutzung, sauberer Arbeitsplatz etc.)
  • Beachtung der Arbeitsschutzbestimmungen und der geltenden Betriebsanweisungen
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung des integrierten Managementsystems (Mitwirkungspflicht, proaktives Handeln)

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hervorragende Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Hohe Eigenständigkeit, Organisationsvermögen
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Selbstbewusstsein
