Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d) im Innendienst

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten in Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb
  • Prüfung und Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Vertriebsdaten im ERP- und CRM-System
  • Organisation von Kundenterminen, Besuchen und Reisen
  • Abstimmugen mit Technik, Projektleitung, Einkauf und Buchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen
  • Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten im Vertrieb
  • Unterstützung der Vertriebsleitung

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung als Assistentin oder im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Technisches Verständnis oder Interesse an technischen Produkten von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, ERP- und CRM-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freundliches, sicheres Auftreten am Telefon und gegenüber Kunden
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
