Vertriebsassistenz in Hanau

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams bei Kundenprojekten, Angeboten und Verträgen
  • Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Geschäftsreisen
  • Erstellung von Reports, Präsentationen und Vertriebsunterlagen
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen im Sales-Bereich
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Sales-Support oder Office-Management
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und motiviert, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Mobilität / PKW von Vorteil
