  • IHRE AUFGABEN:
  • Telefonische Betreuung von Kundenfragen
  • Zentrale Betreuung von Kunden (kein Außendienst)
  • Unterstützung unserer Berater/innen
  • Abschnittsweise Betreuung von Auszubildenden
  • Sie bringen mit
  • IHR PROFIL:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Versicherungs- oder Bankwesen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden in Finanzfragen
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, und Verantwortungsbewusst
  • Selbstständige, organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
