Unsere Kernkompetenzen liegen in IT-Systemhauslösungen inkl. innovativer KI-Softwarelösungen sowie Büro- und Kommunikationslösungen .

Mit über 50 Mitarbeitenden wachsen wir kontinuierlich und suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams mehrere engagierte Vertriebsassistenten (m/w/d) mit klarer Perspektive für den nächsten Karriereschritt.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Telefonische Kundenansprache, Terminvereinbarung und Nachverfolgung
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung unseres CRM-Systems
  • Unterstützung der Außendienst-Vertriebsspezialisten im Tagesgeschäft
  • Auftragsannahme sowie Unterstützung bei der Angebots- und Vertragsabwicklung
  • Enge Koordination mit dem Innendienst und angrenzenden Fachabteilungen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen und Vertriebsaktionen

### Ihre Entwicklungsperspektive

Nach einer strukturierten Einarbeitung besteht – bei entsprechender Eignung und Motivation – die Möglichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung in den Außendienst als Vertriebsspezialist (m/w/d) innerhalb von ca. 3–6 Monaten .

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (oder vergleichbar)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten
  • Empathisches Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis oder Interesse an IT-Themen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
