  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen: Entgegen­nahme, Bearbei­tung und Nachver­folgung von Anfragen und Anliegen der Kunden zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Kunden­zufriedenheit
  • Pflege vertriebsrelevanter Daten: Verwaltung und Aktua­lisierung aller wichtigen Daten im SAP- und CRM-System zur Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Vertriebs­arbeit
  • Unterstützung des Sales Managers: Mithilfe bei der Planung, Durch­führung und Nach­bereitung von Projekten, um den Sales Manager effektiv zu entlasten
  • Erstellung von Berichten, Verträgen und Präsentationen: Anferti­gung und Bearbei­tung wichtiger Doku­mente zur Unter­stützung des Sales Managers bei der Vorbereitung und Durch­führung von Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Teilnahme an Messen: Repräsentation des Unter­nehmens auf Messen und Veran­staltungen für die Neu­kunden­gewinnung und zur Pflege bestehender Kunden­beziehungen
  • Organisation von Kundenmeetings: Planung und Koordi­nation von Meetings mit Kunden, einschließ­lich Termin­verein­barung und Vorberei­tung der not­wendigen Unterlagen
  • Deine Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kauf­männische Aus­bildung, beispiels­weise als Büro­kaufmann / Kaufmann für Büro­management, Industrie­kauf­mann, oder eine vergleich­bare Quali­fikation
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Wind­energie, der Energiebrache oder im Vertrieb
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und idealer­weise Kennt­nisse in SAP
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch sowie grund­legendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
