*Ihre Aufgaben? *

  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Vertriebspräsentationen
  • Korrespondenz mit unseren Kunden
  • Eigenverantwortliche Pflege des CRM-Systems sowie Verwaltung von Kunden-, Kontakt- und Angebotsinformationen
  • Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Vertriebsprozesses von der Lead-Erfassung bis zum Auftragsabschluss
  • Übernahme von Assistenzaufgaben für den Head of Sales sowie Unterstützung bei vertriebsrelevanten Freigabe- und Abstimmungsprozessen
  • Reisebuchung (Hotel/Flug/Mietwagen) für Area Sales Manager, Produktmanager, Projektleiter sowie
  • vertretungsweise für andere Abteilungen
  • Durchführung von Übersetzungen mit der Unterstützung eines KI-Moduls in jegliche Sprachen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Übersetzungsprozesses inkl. Datenbankpflege

*Was bringen Sie mit? *

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Technisches Verständnis und Organisationsstärke
  • Sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Word und Power Point
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
