*Wir suchen eine  engagierte Vertriebsassistenz  (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Innendienst.*

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kundenbetreuung/Verwaltung per Telefon, E-Mail, MS Teams und Fachprogrammen
  • Korrespondenz mit Zurich, Partnern, Kunden & Interessenten
  • Vorbereitung von Kundenterminen + Geschäftsleitungs-Terminen
  • Angebote für Sach- und Krankenversicherung (ggf. Risikoprofile)
  • Kundenanalyse, Präsentationen, Marketing/ Social Media, Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten

Anforderungen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (Bank/Versicherung) von Vorteil
  • Vorkenntnisse in der Branche von Vorteil
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, professionelle Kommunikation
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Vertraulichkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Programmen und Deutsch in Schrift/Sprache
  • Affinität zu EDV/Präsentationstechnik (optional)

  • nach Probezeit auch Remote möglich
