Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung im Bereich Baufinanzierung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung unserer Baufinanzierungsberater im Tagesgeschäft
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung
  • Terminvereinbarung und Terminmanagement
  • Anforderung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Finanzierungsunterlagen
  • Kommunikation mit Banken, Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Vorgangsdaten
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Präsentationen und Berichten
  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltung und Belegmanagement

Ihr Profil:

  • Sachkundenachweis nach § 34i GewO (IHK) zwingend erforderlich
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bau- oder Immobilienfinanzierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel, Word und PowerPoint
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Organisationstalent sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Hohe zeitliche Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
