## Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d) in Vollzeit - in Festanstellung

### Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Interessenten und Dienstleistern
  • Erstellung und Vorbereitung von Exposés
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Objektdaten im CRM-System
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten & administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Terminkoordination und Terminvorbereitung
  • Unterstützung der Vertriebsleitung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei Marketing- und Vertriebsaktionen

### Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder Erfahrung in diesem Berufsfeld
  • Sichere PC-Kenntnisse - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) / Adobe-Programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B

  • Kommunikativ und begabt im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Flexibilität und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
