[]()Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d) – Teilzeit, 20–30 Stunden/Woche

Zur Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Frankfurt am Main.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung unserer Vertriebsmitarbeiter und Übernahme der Büroarbeit während deren Außendiensttätigkeit
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Excel-Tabellen sowie laufende Aktualisierung relevanter Daten
  • Telefonischer Kontakt mit Kunden, Partnern und Dienstleistern
  • Überwachung und Koordination von Besuchsterminen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Vertriebsmitarbeitern im Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in der Spedition
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint
  • Sicherer Umgang mit moderner Technik
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung als Vertriebsassistenz von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit
