### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Neukundenakquise im Außendienst
  • Bestandskundenpflege
  • Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Mitwirken in einem innovativen Vertriebskonzept
  • Marktanalysen zur Standorterweiterung

### Dein Profil:

  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in Neukundenakquise, im Vertriebsaußendienst als auch in der Bestandskundenpflege
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praxiserfahrungen im Vertrieb und in der Baustoff- und/oder Recyclingwirtschaft
  • Kenntnisse im Straßen-, Tiefbau, Rückbau von Vorteil
  • Eigeninitiative und Lösungsorientierung
  • Teamorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang in einem digitalen Arbeitsumfeld
