Unser Mandant: ist ein traditionsreicher Hersteller von Dach- und Bauwerksabdichtungssystemen für Flachdächer, Industrie- und Gründächer.

IHRE MISSION

  • Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen in Dachhandwerk, Baustofffachhandel, Architektur und bei Generalunternehmern
  • Aktive Neukundenakquise und Erschließung zusätzlicher Marktpotenziale
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten sowie Generierung von Aufträgen
  • Technische Beratung zu Dach- und Bauwerksabdichtungssystemen
  • Unterstützung bei Leistungsverzeichnissen und Ausschreibungen sowie Pflege der Kundendaten
  • Eigenständige Entwicklung der Vertriebsregion und Steuerung der Vertriebspipeline
  • Beobachtung von Wettbewerb, Preisen und Markttrends

IHR PROFIL

  • Dachdeckermeister oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Groß- und Außenhandel
  • Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Dämmstoffe, Dach- und Bauwerksabdichtung
  • Gute Markt- und Branchenkenntnisse sowie ein bestehendes Netzwerk in der Vertriebsregion
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Verhandlungsgeschick, Kundenorientierung sowie ein souveränes und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft im Vertriebsgebiet
