Unser Mandant: ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen/Hersteller im Bereich Elektroinstallationen. Es setzt auf nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen und partnerschaftlichen Vertrieb.

IHRE MISSION

  • Betreuung / Weiterentwicklung des Kundenstamms aus dem Elektrohandwerk.
  • Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen zu Elektrikern & dem Elektrogroßhandel
  • Identifikation zusätzlicher Umsatzpotenziale im Kundenstamm und Gewinnung von Neukunden
  • Beratung zu elektrotechnischen Sortimenten und individuellen Kundenanforderungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Durchführung von Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen
  • Eigenständige Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsgebiets in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst
  • Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale

IHR PROFIL

  • Vertriebserfahrung im Außendienst oder Kombination Innen-/Außendienst, idealerweise Elektrogroßhandel
  • Erfahrung mit Kunden aus Elektrohandwerk (insbesondere Elektriker / Elektroinstallateure)
  • Gute Kenntnisse elektrotechnischer Produkte sowie ein Verständnis für die Anforderungen des Elektrohandwerks
  • Wohnsitz im Vertriebsgebiet oder in gut erreichbarer Nähe sowie Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Kundenbesuchen
