  • Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen aus der Elektrotechnik und industriellen Signaltechnik suchen wir im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung einen engagierten Vertriebscontroller (m/w/d), der den Ausbau des vertriebsorientierten Controllings aktiv mitgestaltet und die Geschäftsleitung mit fundierten Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen unterstützt.
  • Aufgabengebiet
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines vertriebsorientierten Controllings
  • Analyse der Umsatz-, Margen- und Ergebnisentwicklung sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei der strategischen Vertriebsplanung und Performance-Steuerung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing und internationalen Ansprechpartnern
  • Unterstützung in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie bei Bedarf im Reporting und bei Monatsabschlüssen
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Vertriebs- oder Business Controlling
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und gängiger Unternehmenssoftware
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
