  • Seit über 35 Jahren ist die Liebert GmbH als Personaldienstleister ein zuverlässiger Partner für die Firmen in der Region. Unser Hauptbetätigungsfeld liegt in der Zeitarbeit bzw. Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Wir möchten unser Führungsteam erweitern und suchen für unsere Niederlassung in Göppingen qualifizierte und engagierte Personaldisponenten/Akquisekräft e (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung als Teil des Teams (ab 30 Std. die Woche)

Anforderungen:

  • Leidenschaft für Personal und den Vertrieb
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Affinität zur Akquise / telefonisch und persönlich
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung von Vorteil
  • Service- und erfolgsorientiert, besonders kommunikationsstark beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Integeres, seriöses Auftreten, authentisch und überzeugend
  • Fähigkeit zur Bildung einer vertrauensvollen Kundenbeziehung auf Grundlage Ihrer Sachkompetenz

Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung der Bestandskunden und Akquisition/Beratung neuer Geschäftskunde n
  • Vertragsverhandlungen, Personalrecruitung und Bewerbermanagement
  • Definieren von Anforderungsprofilen und Positionsbeschreibungen
  • Planung und Disposition der Personaleinsätze und Betreuung der Mitarbeiter im Kundenbetrieb

Wichtig: Sie sollten grundsätzlich mobil sein, am besten mit eigenem PKW.
