  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Planung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Vertriebsaktionen zur Gewinnung von Neukunden.
  • Kundenakquise und Betreuung im Umkreis Deiner Niederlassung.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung regionaler Projekte.
  • Individuelle Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden, Interessenten, Mitarbeitern und Bewerbern.
  • Pflege und strategischer Ausbau unseres Kunden- und Mitarbeiterstamms.
  • Führung, Motivation und Einsatzplanung externer Mitarbeiter.
  • Disposition unserer Mitarbeiter bei Kundenunternehmen, um eine optimale Besetzung sicherzustellen.
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann (m/w/d).
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im aktiven Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Personaldienstleistung.
  • Die Fähigkeit, Impulse zu setzen und andere für Deine Ideen zu begeistern.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität.
  • Selbstbewusstes und kommunikatives Auftreten.
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität im Innen- und Außendienst.
