Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebs in der Gießerei Elsterheide haben wir ab sofort folgende Stelle zu besetzen:

# Vertriebsdisponent (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erfassung von Kundenaufträgen und Rahmenabrufen, Planung und Bestätigung von Lieferterminen
  • Überwachung des Auftragsstatus und Koordination mit Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und Koordination von Maßnahmen zur Problemlösung
  • Erstellen von Berichten über Bestellverhalten zur internen Analyse und zur Verbesserung eigener Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Key Account Manager in der operativen Kundenbetreuung sowie zum internen Supply Chain Management
  • Datenerfassung und Stammdatenpflege in der EDV

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder vergleichbare Tätigkeit mit entsprechenden Referenzen
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Freundlicher und sympathischer Umgang mit Kunden
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten und Organisationstalent
  • Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (B1, B2)
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
