Vertriebsdisponent (m/w/d)

  • Für unsere Geschäftsstelle in Nürnberg suchen wir Sie als Vertriebsdisponent (m/w/d) bzw. Personaldisponent (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Vertrieb.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Akquirieren von Neukunden sowie Aufbau eines eigenen Kundenstamms
  • Betreuung und Ausbau von Bestandskunden via Telefon und persönlich vor Ort
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Dokumenten
  • Anlegen der arbeitsvertraglichen Unterlagen sowie Einstellen von Bewerbern (m/w/d)
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann (m/w/d) ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung, z. B. als Personaldisponent (m/w/d), Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) oder Personalmanager (m/w/d)
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen
  • Vertriebsstärke und eine offene Persönlichkeit
  • Was wir Ihnen bieten:
