Du gewinnst neue Kunden und baust unser Netzwerk weiter aus

Du pflegst und entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen

  • Du erkennst Personalbedarfe und bietest maßgeschneiderte
  • Lösungen an
  • ‍ Du rekrutierst passende Kandidaten und stellst sie bei
  • Kunden vor

Du führst Vertragsverhandlungen und erstellst Angebote

Du arbeitest eng mit dem internen Recruiting-Team zusammen

Dein Profil:

  • ✨ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im
  • Vertrieb

✨ Idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse in der Personaldienstleistung

✨ Starke Kommunikations- und Abschlussfähigkeiten

✨ Organisationstalent und unternehmerisches Denken

  • ✨ Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Lust, Verantwortung zu
  • übernehmen
