DIESE STELLE RICHTET SICH AN BEWERBERINNEN UND BEWERBER AUS DEM RAUM
BREMEN, ACHIM UND VERDEN, da punktuelle Präsenztermine bei Kunden
erforderlich sind. Die Tätigkeit kann überwiegend im HOMEOFFICE
ausgeführt werden.

DEINE AUFGABEN
+ Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
+ NEUKUNDENGEWINNUNG (telefonisch, digital, persönlich)
+ Bedarfsklärung und enge Abstimmung mit Kunden
+ Recruiting externer Mitarbeiter (Interviews, Auswahl,
Kandidatenführung)
+ Steuerung des externen Mitarbeiterbestands

NICHT TEIL DER STELLE: Lohnabrechnung, Vertragswesen, Zeiterfassung
und Standard-HR-Administration – diese Aufgaben werden intern
übernommen.

+ Freude an NEUKUNDENAKQUISE und eigenständiger Kundenbetreuung
+ Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber
Kunden und Kandidaten
+ Idealerweise Erfahrung in INDUSTRIE, LOGISTIK ODER TECHNISCHEM
