  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Betreuung und Entwicklung bestehender und neuer internationaler Kunden in Ihrem Gebiet
  • Sie sind erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden bezüglich deren Anliegen
  • Auftrags- und Angebotsmanagement für bestehende Kunden und Neukunden
  • Telefonische Kundenberatung und -betreuung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Area Sales Managern und Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Geschäftsreisen, Messen, Schulungen etc.
  • Weitere spannende Tätigkeiten in unserem Vertriebsteam
  • Ihre Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Leidenschaft und hohe Eigenmotivation für den telefonischen Kontakt runden Ihre ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung ab
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch fließend, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Außerordentliches Organisationsvermögen, mit dem Sie unsere Kunden qualitätsbewusst betreuen
