Vertriebsinnendienst Customer-Service

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

  • Koordination von Kundenanfragen
  • Schnelle und effektive Bearbeitung Kundenbestellungen vom Bestelleingang bis hin zur reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung.
  • Unterstützung und Zuarbeit der Planung/ Produktionsleitung
  • Pflege und Betreuung der Kunden hinsichtlich Anfragen und laufender Bestellungen
  • Überwachung der Produktionsfortschritte der Bestellungen
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von kundenspezifischen Anforderungen
  • Betreuung genereller Kundenanfragen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachabteilungen
  • Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen durch freundliche, engagierte Kommunikation
  • Administrative Verantwortung aller relevanten Unterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei Messevorbereitungen

Profil:

  • Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst/Customercare wünschenswert
  • Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit sind unabdingbar
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Telefonverhalten
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
