  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Exportaufträgen vom
  • Auftragseingang bis zur termingerechten Lieferung Erstellung und
  • Prüfung aller exportrelevanten Dokumente wie Zollanmeldungen,
  • Ursprungszeugnisse und Akkreditive Kommunikation mit internationalen
  • Kunden, Speditionen und Behörden in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Koordination mit internen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Lager und
  • Vertrieb zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Exportabläufe Einhaltung
  • und Überwachung von Exportkontrollvorschriften sowie zollrechtlichen
  • Bestimmungen Pflege und Aktualisierung von kundenbezogenen Stammdaten
  • im ERP-System Dein Profil Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung,
  • idealerweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und
  • Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige
  • Berufserfahrung in der Exportabwicklung oder im Außenhandel Fundierte
  • Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Exportrecht sowie im Umgang mit
  • Exportdokumenten Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,
  • weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit
  • ERP-Systemen sowie MS-Office-Anwendungen und ausgeprägte
